Small group PT

small group personal training

At The Fit Co, our Small Group PT work in 8 week training blocks. Simply put, for 8 weeks, every Monday you'll do the same workout - the reps, sets and intensity will vary slightly, but the exercises won't. Tuesday's will be the same, as will Wednesday's and Thursday's and so on.

 

When you come to our SGPT, you'll squat, deadlift, press, pull, lunge and carry 'heavy' things. Regardless of what level you're at, whether you're a complete beginner or a season pro, our coaches will be able to tailor the sessions to meet you where you're at. Along with focusing on the main strength movements which have been proven to work for years, we also want to look after our cardiovascular health, so 2-3 times a week, we make sure we're raising that heart rate and making you sweat!
